At FERGA, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data, what we delete, and what we may keep.

How to request deletion of your data

You can request that your data be deleted by contacting us at the email address below. Please include the email address associated with your FERGA account so we can verify your request.

You may also request deletion directly within the mobile app:

• Open the FERGA app and sign in to your account.
• Go to Settings → Danger zone.
• Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
• Your account, profile, uploaded images, reviews and inquiries are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize the following personal information, subject to legal obligations:

• Account information (email address, name, password hash).
• Profile information (display name, photos you uploaded).
• Saved items and bookmarks.
• Inquiries and messages you sent through the Service.
• Usage and search history associated with your account.

What we may keep

In some cases we may be unable to delete certain data immediately, or may retain it for a limited period, including:

• Records we are required to keep to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Data necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents, retained only as long as needed.
• Reviews or public content you posted may remain visible in anonymized form if they are part of public listings and cannot be attributed to you.
• Backups, which are retained for the applicable backup retention period before being erased.

How long it takes

We will process your deletion request as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days from verification of your request. Where we are required to retain certain data by law, we will retain it only for the legally required period.

Third-party data

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored by us. For data held by any third-party service providers on our behalf, we will also take reasonable steps to have it deleted where applicable.
